Executive Director

Dear Friends,

It is my great pleasure to join the Outreach team as the new Executive Director. I am proud of the heritage of strong women in leadership and of our roots of serving women entering the workforce. I am grateful for our growth to meet the whole families’ needs over the last 30+ years and am looking forward to deepening our ability to meet individuals’ and families’ needs as we enter the next chapter.

Our value of serving with the highest professional standards is demonstrated through our evidence-based programming, including our work and our family services programs. Our commitment to treating individuals with the utmost respect can be felt in tangible ways from how a person is greeted when they enter the Seventh Avenue Center, to the individualized nature of the programs we deliver. And most importantly, we are helping to move today’s families forward by meeting them where they are, assessing their needs, and working together to address key challenges in their lives.

To our participants, we are thrilled that you stopped by our website to learn about what is happening at Outreach. We hope that we can help you attain the family stability and economic self-sufficiency that all of us strive to achieve. Please let us know how we can serve you.

To our partners, we are grateful that you continue to support our work through giving of your time, talent, treasure. We do our best to be good stewards of your gifts and encourage you to reach out to learn more about us and how we can partner to achieve Outreach’s mission.

If you are new to us, WELCOME! We are glad you are here. Please drop us a note to let us know that you found us, what you are interested in learning more about, and how we can be in touch. Strong families lead to strong communities! We hope you will consider how you can be part of the Outreach family!

With great hope for our future,

Lori Chaffers, MSW
