Outreach – Center for Community Resources, is a designated Pennsylvania Family Center located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. We are a community-based safe haven that provides prevention, education, and intervention services to individuals and families. Offering evidence-based programs, we rely on solid research and measurable outcomes to guide and support families.
