BRIGHTER TOMORROWS LEGACY SOCIETY
Our Brighter Tomorrows Legacy Society honors individuals who strengthen our community by moving children and families toward stability and economic self-sufficiency through the generosity of a planned gift.

BACKGROUND
Outreach – Center for Community Resources began in 1989 as Employment Opportunity & Training Center of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Inc. (EOTC) to help move women into the workforce. Over the years, the agency expanded to provide evidence-based services for all members of the family unit. In 2018, our name changed to reflect our relationship with the community. Outreach is Lackawanna County’s state-designated, local Family Center. We are committed to keeping families together. We give individuals and parents the tools needed to obtain gainful employment and to raise children in a positive and nurturing environment for children to experience success in school and become productive members of society. Outreach firmly believes healthy families translates into healthy communities.

Outreach’s Brighter Tomorrows Legacy Society is our way of honoring those who have indicated an intent to include us in their estate planning. Members of the Brighter Tomorrows Legacy Society can have the special satisfaction of knowing their life’s efforts will continue to make a difference.

HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF BRIGHTER TOMORROWS LEGACY SOCIETY
1. Consult your attorney, and designate Outreach – Center for Community Resources as a beneficiary in your estate plans. Planned gifts may include wills, trusts, retirement funds, IRA accounts, pensions, real estate or insurance plans, among other vehicles.

2. Notify us of your intent to give a planned gift, by downloading the Declaration of Intent form and sending it to us either by email or traditional mail. Most information on the form is optional, your intent is revocable by you, and all information will be kept confidential.
