Moving Today’s Families Forward

We are happy to announce our grant for $7500 from the Maximus Foundation for our commitment to connecting #MaximusCommunities to the resources they need to thrive!

“In recognition of their impact in our community, the Maximus Foundation is pleased to award a grant to Outreach” said John Boyer, Maximus Foundation Chairman. “We are delighted to present this award to this impressive organization whose work reflects our shared values—partnering with people in under resourced communities and connecting them to the tools they need to build better lives for themselves, their families, and their neighbors. I thank Outreach for its collaborative approach to enriching the lives of those it serves.”

Our Programs

Children

Our youth-centered services focus on educating and enhancing each child, ensuring they are ready to succeed in school and life.

Community

We believe in community and collective strengths. That’s why we collaborate with other agencies and providers in our community.

Job Seekers

Outreach began as a workforce development agency. As community needs changed, our agency diversified to meet the changing needs of families.

Court-Related Programs

Children need positive parent-child interactions and home stability to grow and thrive.

Parents

We provide information and coaching in parent-child interaction, child health and home safety.

Education

We collaborate with cross-agency teams to support people navigating the Lackawanna County Specialty Court system.
