For over 30 years, the Outreach mission has been to promote family stability and economic self-sufficiency, which is exactly why we have chosen to honor The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce with our 2019 Outreach Award. Because for the past 152 years, our Chamber has worked tirelessly to attract, sustain, and grow jobs in Northeastern Pennsylvania and we at Outreach decided it was time we all said “Thank You.”
In addition, we honored Bob Adcroft with the 2019 Outreach Media Award and surprised Mary Belin Rhodes with the 2019 Outreach Spirit Award for their outstanding dedication to our mission.
