As the Vice President of Faculty and college Planning at Johnson College, I serve as a key leadership team member, providing strategic oversight across academic affairs, faculty, program development, Career Services, and the Office of Institutional Research and Effectiveness. In this role, I help shape the college's direction by aligning academic initiatives with institutional goals and student success outcomes.

With over 18 years of experience in higher education and more than 30 years in the medical imaging field, I bring a unique blend of academic insight and industry knowledge. My career reflects a commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation in educational
and healthcare environments.

I have played a pivotal role in numerous institutional initiatives, including helping lead Johnson College to a successful Middle States accreditation and guiding the strategic planning committee in developing a new five-year plan. I am passionate about supporting faculty development,
strengthening student outcomes, and building strong partnerships across industry and community stakeholders.

Anne’s involvement with Outreach began in 2004 when she relocated to her hometown in NEPA after residing for many years in New Jersey. Anne’s initial position at EOTC/Outreach was as an instructor and, subsequently, the agency’s Life Skills Program manager at Lackawanna County Prison (LCP).

Following her professional employment at Outreach, Anne continued her involvement with the LCP Life Skills program as a volunteer teacher of evening classes before becoming a member of the agency’s Board of Trustees around 2009. Anne has been a member of the Outreach Board of Directors, past president, and a member of various working committees over the years and is currently on the Fundraising Committee and the Property Workgroup Committee.

Anne graduated from Marywood University more than a few years ago and began her professional career as a high school English teacher in her hometown of Archbald, PA. Upon relocating to New Jersey, she continued teaching before moving to her second career in the financial services industry in New York City. Anne recently retired from the financial services industry. She looks forward to continuing to work with Outreach and its many programs, which promote and support ‘family stability and economic self-sufficiency.’ Anne enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and children in her free time, traveling, and gardening.
