On July 1, 2024, Outreach introduced “Strengthening Our Roots: Strategic Plan 2024-2029,” a new five-year strategic plan.
Adopted by the Outreach Board of Directors on June 26, 2024, the strategic plan articulates Outreach’s theory of change – what we aim to accomplish, how we plan to accomplish it, and how we’ll know if we’re on the right track.
