We are excited to introduce two outstanding professionals to our Outreach team: Nicole Guzenski and Lasha Wyman-Klein. Their unique expertise and dedication to nonprofit work will enhance Outreach’s mission and continue its legacy of high-quality, professional service standards.
Nicole Guzenski will be taking the reins of the workforce program as the LEAD Center Manager. She brings over fifteen years of experience in the Greater Scranton Area. A Goucher College graduate with a Master’s Degree in Cultural Sustainability, Nicole has a passion for fostering community resilience through education and social services. Formerly the Director of Programming at the Catherine McAuley Center, she focused on supporting individuals facing homelessness and economic barriers. Nicole is also a Fulbright Fellow who researched women’s empowerment in India. Based in Dunmore, PA, she enjoys family time, live music, and the arts.
Lasha Wyman-Klein will be our new Young Adult Program Manager starting August 20. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration at Purdue. Lasha has developed innovative, trauma-informed programs addressing homelessness, food insecurity, and health equity, earning recognition through numerous awards. Her commitment to supporting at-risk communities aligns with Outreach’s mission.
We encourage everyone to give Nicole and Lasha a warm welcome. Their leadership and vision will help us continue to allow Outreach to help individuals and families as they work toward economic self-sufficiency and family stability.
