SCRANTON – In a gala befitting the Academy Awards, the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce named Outreach – Center for Community Service its 2018 Nonprofit of the Year during the annual SAGE Awards at the Hilton Scranton and Conference Center.
“We were so honored to be named a finalist along with the Women’s Resource Center and Meals on Wheels,” said Linda Ciampi, Outreach executive director. “We’re so grateful to the Scranton Chamber for bringing together the business, nonprofit and arts community to recognize that it takes diverse stakeholders to build a healthy community. We are thrilled, and humbled, by this tremendous recognition.”
